When using website tracking, Delacon's system will determine whether the caller has returned to your website and called again, or if they have just redialled the number from a previous call. If they have redialled only, they will be marked as a repeat caller no matter how much time has passed. If you would prefer for callers to be treated as new after a set time period, even if they have not returned to your website- this can be configured (in whole minutes) in the Repeat Timer field.
