When using call tracking on your website, the Business Phone Number field should contain the existing number on your website that is to be replaced with the call tracking number. For example, if your primary website phone number before joining Delacon is 1300 990 999, then this number should be entered.
When Delacon's tracking code runs, it will look for the Business Phone Number within the content of the page. If this is incorrectly configured, the existing number will not update to the tracking number.
